Miduty Diagnostics currently facilitates diagnostic testing services through authorised third-party diagnostic service providers, including Healthians (Expedient Healthcare Marketing Private Limited). In the future, Miduty may onboard additional laboratory or healthcare partners.

Users who browse, register, or place diagnostic test bookings on the Platform;

Phlebotomists, lab technicians, or employees of partner laboratories;

Each diagnostic partner, including Healthians, maintains its own privacy policies governing their internal operations, sample collection, testing, and report generation.

Diagnostic services booked through the Platform are fulfilled by third-party laboratories such as Healthians. These partners:

Independently collect samples
Conduct diagnostic tests
Generate and validate medical reports

Miduty acts as a facilitation and technology platform and does not perform diagnostic testing itself.

Users acknowledge that diagnostic partners may process personal and sensitive data in accordance with their respective privacy policies and applicable laws.

8. Data Retention

Your personal data is retained only for as long as:

Required to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected
Required under applicable laws, medical, or regulatory obligations

Thereafter, data is securely deleted or anonymised.
